Tasting notes
A balanced oil with an intense green olive aroma, also very present on the palate. On the nose, vegetal notes of green grass, green tomato, artichoke and green almond stand out, combined with fresh nuances of kiwi and banana peel.
On the palate the sensation recalls green almond. Its bitterness and pungency are very well balanced, with a final astringency that accompanies the whole without interfering with its finesse.
